Resolved Question: Please Help! Whats the name of the action movie where a woman goes out finding her daughter? (Read on)?

I saw this movie a really long time ago, it's perhaps, maybe, from about ten years ago, the least. It has really been bugging me, I have been searching everywhere, and I can not seem to remember the name of this movie. All I remember is the ending where the woman, tall blond, kind of similar to Charlize Theron & Kim Basinger, is bloodied and bruised, and finally is reunited with her kid, I think it was a daughter, and there's like an explosion, I remember fire in the background, and a helicopter, and she says something to her like "Don't you ever do that again, or You're ground" or something along those lines.
